Returns Policy

We want you to love your outfit as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery/purchase.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Due to the delicate nature of South Asian clothing, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or scent (e.g. perfume).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, tailored, or altered outfits.

• Sale or clearance items.

• Jewellery, accessories, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• If you prefer, we can offer an exchange or a credit note. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
